Hunkering down Sybil peered through the window, gnawing nervously on her bottom lip. You didn’t need to know what you’re escaping from to become a fugitive, but at least the fog had lifted leaving a chilly but clear day.
When she’d signed up she had been fully of enthusiasm but that had soon waned in the face of his relentless dogged pursuit but Sybil was aware that she’d be discovered eventually and dragged back.
Rubbing a hand on her trendy workout pants, she sighed, wondering what demented demon had possessed her when she’d signed up for Big Dave’s Devastating Bootcamp?
